Glenn M. Pace Chairman of the Board and Founder

Glenn M. Pace brings innovative leadership experience and superb organizational skills to the positions of chairman and co-founder of Cenatek. His expertise in negotiations and business development comes from a rich background that encompasses engineering, academia and business. Pace has also held executive positions at real estate development corporations in California’s Silicon Valley, including the president’s post at Wellington Corporation of Northern California. He has led Wellington and its subsidiary companies to become well-recognized leaders in Silicon Valley’s competitive real estate economy, with revenues in excess of $40 million.

Since founding Wellington, Pace was integral to the formation of Selby Venture Partners, a $135 million technology-based, venture fund in Silicon Valley. Pace also served as an executive for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company in South Santa Clara County, Calif. There, he reorganized the sales division, elevating the organization from being in the red to achieving the leading sales results in the U.S.

Pace entered the real estate industry following years of experience in engineering management for telecommunications companies such as Bell of Canada, Pacific Bell and their affiliates. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dalhousie University of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and also holds advanced degrees from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, Canada.
